Knee problems, new bike, lots of fit updates, big jump in fit, take it slow!
- Frame = Too Small
- Longer Fork to allow for increased bar height
- Zero Offset Seatpost
- Cleat Shims 5 degree outward slant
- Shoe Orthotics
Saddle 2.5cm too low and 3cm to far back.
Stem 2-4cm too low due to fork cut with stem slammed. Notice the arms are nearly fully extended. Cleats a mess!
Raised Seat, positioned Knee 1cm behind pedal spindle, discussed heal drop too early in pedal stroke, setup cleats, which were severely incorrect. Notice excellent leg extension, great CDA(aerodynamic drag) of back. Still too low on bar height, also suggest zero offset seatpost to lessen flex.
